Small Business Trendsetters Feature-In the midst of this current chaos in the real estate market is a group of private real estate investors led by  nationally-known authors and Founders of LeasePurchaseRealEstate.com, TC and Vickie Bradley, and their right hand man, Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom Army combat veteran, JL Ferren, are providing a beacon of hope to both homeowners who need to sell and to home buyers who want to buy but are currently prevented from doing so because of the current economy.

Recent headlines in the news talked about how the current housing crisis is the worst since the Great Depression.

Home prices have fallen some 33 percent since the market began its collapse—greater than the 31 percent fall that began in the late 1920’s and culminated in the early 1930’s, according to Case-Shiller data.
